Meet the Captain
Capt Trey Prye is professionally licensed by the U.S.C.G. and TP&W. He has grown up fishing both the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast for the last 25 years. He has competed in and won numerous tournaments up and down the coast. Capt. Trey currently guides the Matagorda Bay Complex.
Trey specializes in wade fishing and drift fishing for Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Flounder using artificial lures and or live bait. His passion is wade fishing during the cooler months in hunt of the elusive trophy trout.
Trey spent many years at a young age shadowing some of the very best anglers during their era. His knowledge, hard work ethic, willingness to teach, outgoing personality, and passion for the sport makes for an enjoyable day on the water.
